Psychometric assessment + Career Counselling + for 10th,11th & 12th std.

Upturn organises psychometric test & counselling service containing 3 day activities of 1-to-1 counselling session for 10th, 11th, & 12th standard students.

The aim is to give personal attention to all the students individually & discuss their assessment report & make them understand their personality , interests, aptitude, skills & abilities. This will help the students to plan their career scientifically

3 day activities are mentioned below

FIRST DAY:

• Motivational session for students about the importance of career planning and
         career counselling ( Duration- 45mins to 1hr)
• Psychometric Career Test can be conducted on computer as well as in pen &
         paper mode.
• Duration of the test will be 40mins

 

SECOND & THIRD DAY :

• One to one counselling will be conducted by our certified team of counsellors (Duration- 15 to 20 mins  for
         each student)
• Parents are also welcome to join the counselling sessions.
• Every student will get his/her personalised psychometric test report.
• Report and 4 best suited career options will be discussed in detail.
• Printed copies of reports will be given to the students
• Students will be given a list of competitive exams, which they should focus on.

SECOND AND THIRD DAY REQUIREMENTS

One room for counselling.
Each student will be counselled one on one. While other students can attend their regular classes.
